Order Cancellation

Before Order Acceptance

After placing an Order, there is a window during which the Order is pending acceptance by the SERP Forge team. During this window, you may cancel your Order and receive a full credit back to your Wallet balance.

To cancel a pending Order, contact us at support@serpforge.io immediately with your Order reference number. We will confirm cancellation and restore the full Order amount to your Wallet within 1 business day.

Wallet credits from cancelled Orders are available immediately for use against new Orders. If you wish to withdraw the credited funds as a cash refund, please refer to the Refund Policy.

After Order Acceptance

Once the Company's team has accepted your Order and it has entered the production queue, the Order cannot be cancelled. At this point:

• Content writing has begun or been commissioned
• Publisher outreach and coordination has been initiated
• Resources have been allocated that cannot be recovered

If you believe there is an exceptional circumstance that warrants review of an accepted Order, contact support@serpforge.io as soon as possible. The Company will review such requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee cancellation or refund once production has begun.

After Placement

Once a link has been placed and is live, the Order is considered complete and cannot be cancelled. The 12-month Link Insurance policy applies from this date. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details on Link Insurance claims.

02 / Subscription and Commitment

Subscription and Commitment

The SERP Forge Link Building Marketplace does not operate on a subscription model. There are no recurring charges, monthly fees, or minimum commitments. Users fund their Wallet and spend only when they choose to place an Order.

There is nothing to cancel in terms of an ongoing subscription. You may simply stop using the Marketplace at any time. Any remaining Wallet balance is retained on your account and can be used against future Orders or refunded on request.

Closing Your Account

You may request closure of your Marketplace account at any time by contacting support@serpforge.io. Please include your registered email address and a clear request to close your account.

Before closing your account, please ensure:

• All active Orders have been completed or cancelled
• Any unused Wallet balance has been refunded or spent

We will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Account closure is irreversible. Order history and transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Unused Wallet Balance on Account Closure

If your account has an unused Wallet balance at the time of closure, you are entitled to a refund of that balance. Please raise this alongside your account closure request and we will process it as part of the closure. Refunds are subject to the payment processing terms in the Refund Policy.

Company-Initiated Account Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that are found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In cases of company-initiated closure due to Terms violation, unused Wallet balances may be forfeited where the violation involved fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.

In all other cases of company-initiated closure (for example, platform restructuring), Users will be given reasonable notice and any unused Wallet balance will be refunded in full.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests - whether for an Order or for your account - must be submitted to support@serpforge.io.

Please include in your message:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Order reference number (for Order cancellations)
• A clear description of what you wish to cancel

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 1-2 business days.
