Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Marketplace, registering an account, adding funds to your Wallet, or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you are using the Marketplace on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Marketplace with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Marketplace following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03 / Account Registration

Account Registration

To access the Marketplace and place Orders, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@serpforge.io if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides inaccurate information, violates these Terms, or engages in fraudulent activity.

Account registration and browsing the Marketplace inventory does not require payment information. A Wallet must be funded before an Order can be placed.

04 / Wallet and Payments

Wallet and Payments

Prepaid Wallet System

The Marketplace operates on a prepaid Wallet model. Users must add funds to their Wallet before placing any Order. Wallet funds can be added using the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Card
• PayPal
• Payoneer
• Wise

All prices displayed on the Marketplace are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User and are determined by the User's payment provider.

Wallet Funding

Funds added to the Wallet are held as a credit balance against future Orders. The Company does not pay interest on Wallet balances.

Unused Wallet Balance

If a User has added funds to their Wallet but has not placed any Orders, they may request a refund of the unused balance by contacting support@serpforge.io. Refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy and any applicable payment processing fees.

Order Deduction

Upon placement of an Order, the corresponding amount is deducted from the User's Wallet balance. If the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover an Order, the Order cannot be placed until additional funds are added.

Orders and Delivery

Placing an Order

To place an Order, the User selects a website from the Marketplace inventory, chooses the placement type (Guest Post or Link Insertion), and provides the required information including the target URL, anchor text, and content preference.

For Guest Post orders, the Company's content team will write the article at no additional charge. Users may alternatively submit their own content, provide a topic brief, or request AI-assisted topic suggestions.

Order Acceptance

An Order is confirmed when it is accepted by the Company's team. Acceptance of an Order means the Order enters the production queue. The User will be notified upon acceptance.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for Placements is approximately 7 business days from Order acceptance. This is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed deadline. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet this timeframe but is not liable for minor delays caused by factors outside its control, including publisher availability.

Content Standards

All content produced by the Company for Guest Post orders will be original, human-written, and relevant to the target site's niche. Content submitted by Users must comply with the editorial standards of the target website and must not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or in violation of any third-party rights.

The Company reserves the right to reject User-submitted content that does not meet acceptable standards and may request a revised submission without penalty to the User.

06 / Link Insurance

Link Insurance

Every Placement completed through the Marketplace is covered by a 12-month Link Insurance policy from the date the link goes live.

If a Placement is removed by the publisher within 12 months of going live, the Company will replace it on a comparable website or restore the original Placement at no additional cost to the User.

Link Insurance covers removal of the placed link. It does not cover:

• Changes to anchor text or surrounding content made by the publisher after placement
• Removal of links after the 12-month coverage period
• Links that are disavowed or removed at the User's own request
• Changes in third-party website SEO metrics (DR, traffic) after placement

To raise a Link Insurance claim, Users must contact support@serpforge.io with the original Order reference and the URL of the removed Placement.

07 / Prohibited Use

Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use the Marketplace for any of the following:

• Ordering Placements for websites that promote illegal content, adult content, gambling (where restricted), or hate speech
• Submitting content that is plagiarised, AI-generated without disclosure, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Marketplace platform or its inventory
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction or policy
• Using the Marketplace for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in the User's jurisdiction

The Company reserves the right to cancel Orders and suspend accounts that violate these prohibitions without refund where the violation is determined to be the User's fault.

08 / Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

Content written by the Company's team for Guest Post orders is produced on a work-for-hire basis. Upon successful Placement and full payment, the User is granted a non-exclusive licence to the placed content for the duration of its publication.

Content submitted by the User remains the intellectual property of the User. By submitting content, the User grants the Company a limited licence to publish and distribute the content solely for the purpose of completing the Order.

The SERP Forge name, logo, and all associated brand assets are the exclusive property of SERP Forge Pvt. Ltd. No part of the Marketplace may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

09 / Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

The Marketplace and all services provided through it are offered on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or traffic increases resulting from Placements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Marketplace shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from use or inability to use the Marketplace
• Changes in third-party website metrics, editorial policies, or publisher decisions after Placement
• Search engine algorithm changes that affect the value of Placements
• Delays caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control

10 / Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are intended to be enforceable across all major jurisdictions in which the Marketplace operates, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and India.

In the event of any dispute arising from use of the Marketplace, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication by contacting support@serpforge.io.

Where resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits the User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
